REFUND POLICY

Summary: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for monthly plans, and within 14 days for quarterly and yearly plans, provided you have not used the Service extensively.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. After 7 days, no refund is available for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion based on remaining time. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed to the original wallet address used for payment. Refund amounts are based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction, not at the time of refund. Network fees (gas fees) for processing the refund are the responsibility of the requester.

5. CARD PAYMENTS

The Service is currently free. If paid features are introduced in the future, refund terms will be updated accordingly.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at jeaz@middleastracker.com with:

• Your email address associated with the account

• Date of purchase

• Reason for refund request

• For crypto payments: your wallet address for the refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued if: (a) the refund request is made after the eligible refund period; (b) the account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service; (c) the Service was accessed and used extensively during the refund period (more than 10 sessions).

8. SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

In the event of extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by us, we will offer affected subscribers a credit or extension equal to the downtime period. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or third-party service disruptions outside our control.

9. PROMOTIONAL PRICING

Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are eligible for refund of the amount actually paid, not the regular price.
